Operating models
In the Service Center, you choose the operating model that best suits your needs: transaction-based with optional reconciliation by our team, or position-based with a focus on holdings.
Transaction-based
In this model, all movements are processed at the transaction level. This gives you full detail: precise and consolidated performance calculations, comprehensive analyses, and complete traceability of all business activities. In addition, the related document PDF can be displayed directly next to each transaction. Optionally, our team can handle reconciliation so your data is always complete and reconciled.
Position-based
The position-based model focuses on holdings and is primarily designed to meet compliance requirements. Holdings are automatically imported from banks, eliminating manual effort. Concentration risks, bandwidth violations, and AML-relevant transactions are taken into account to ensure regulatory compliance. An approximation of performance is also shown.
External Access
The Service Center option enables secure access for external parties. This allows either your clients or external compliance offices to directly access the data relevant to them -naturally under strict adherence to the highest security and data protection standards. For your clients, this creates an additional service: a personal online portal where they can download statements and invoices and view their portfolio - or even consolidated family wealth.
Local
With the on-premises option, operations run within your own infrastructure. Reconciliation is handled by your own staff - an ideal solution for organizations that prefer direct access and full control over their systems.
Services
With the on-premises option, you operate Netfolio entirely within your own infrastructure. You retain full control over data, systems, and processes while still meeting all regulatory requirements.

External Access
External access by third parties or end clients is not intended in the on-premises model. Operations remain entirely within your internal infrastructure and under your exclusive control.
